“Graffiti ultimately wins out over proper art because it becomes part of your city, it’ s a tool; “I’ll meet you in that pub, you know, the one opposite that wall with a picture of a monkey holding a chainsaw”. I mean, how much more useful can a painting be than that?”
– Banksy, Banging Your Head Against a Brick Wall
Have you ever found yourself stopping to gaze up at a graffitied image that has taken your breath away? Perhaps a collection of beautifully uniform, vibrant block letters, spelling out a political message or a brief but undeniably poignant, cautionary message, or a portrayal of a peaceful countryside landscape that has been thrown across a building so inconceivably skilfully that you, fleetingly, catch yourself believing that it is actually exists there, amongst the noise and bustle of the city.
Okay, maybe you were too busy to stop, but how long did that image stay in your mind? Can you still picture it now? We have come a long way since the days when street-art was seen purely as an act of vandalism. And, in an often soulless and uninspiring world – who better to take our inspirational cues from than the creators of these exceptional artworks themselves?
Street artists at the top of their game work efficiently and collaboratively, under pressure, to produce original, impactful results. The precision planning and execution of their pieces convey the impression that they can knock up an awe-inspiring masterpiece, under extreme pressure, in just a few- hours. They are the ultimate creative risk-takers and problem solvers who do not wait in line to be heard but focus on getting things done. The thinking behind Ericart Corporate Training Days, is that these are the exact qualities that we would like to help you to instil in your employees. Our expert street art facilitators will do just that!

The Logistics – The shape of Your Day
We will travel to your training venue, offices or a location of your choice. All we ask is that you provide us with a large well-ventilated space and plenty of enthusiasm.
Our sessions can be tailored to last from an hour, half a day (around 3 hours) or a whole day (up to 6 hours), depending on your chosen project and theme. We have a wide range of themes to choose from, or we can tailor something new to fit in with your company ethos. Alternatively, many of our groups choose the free-style approach, where creativity can be completely uninhibited.
After a short introduction from our facilitators, who will teach the basics of cap mounting, can control, outlining and filling, participants are free to unleash their artistic flair. The finished pieces can be presented on board, canvas or, indeed, on any suitable surface you desire. Work can be individual or collaborative. We are able to frame and hang your finished work, bringing a colourful reminder of the day to your office space, if you so wish.
We are able to cater your day too, should you wish. This can be discussed along with the individual requirements of your booking.
